Shipping Policy - the basics

At Vantix Fitness, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on the same day, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (e.g. product launches, holidays), processing may take up to 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (if applicable) once your order is shipped.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier) – £3.99 (2–4 business days)
FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £60
Next-Day Delivery (Tracked) – £6.99 (available at checkout)

Note: Delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on location and courier service.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international countries.

Standard International – 5–10 business days
Tracked International – 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking is provided when available. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues
