At Vantix Fitness, we strive to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing any products.

 

Our refund terms are as follows:

 

• Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Eligibility: Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging, if possible

 

• Non-refundable Items:

  • Sale items

 

• Partial Refunds: May apply for items returned not in their original condition or past the refund period.

 

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

• Approval Process: Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

• Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
